My work brings together years of lived experience, professional training, and a deep passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies, their hearts, and their inner wisdom.
Through workshops, mentoring, healing practices, and community, I create spaces where people can slow down, feel safe, reconnect with themselves, and remember who they truly are.
